Nuva Privacy Policy

Information stored on your device

Nuva saves your selected language, best-result counts, and completed-title identifiers on your device. This aggregate progress is not uploaded as a progress profile. You can remove it by clearing Nuva's app or browser storage, or by uninstalling the app.

Information processed when you use Nuva

Nuva requests catalogs, quiz questions, and media from our service. Those requests include the requested path, selected language, quiz or list identifiers, and ordinary network information needed to deliver a response, such as your IP address and user-agent information.

When you finish a quiz, Nuva sends the quiz identifier, a validation revision, question identifiers, and each submitted text answer or option identifier. The service uses this information to validate the round and return your score and answer review. The application processes submissions in memory and does not store them in a user account or answer database.

Purposes and service providers

We process this information only to provide localized quiz content and media, validate answers, return results, maintain security, and keep the service reliable. Pineapple Computing LLC operates Nuva, and Cloudflare hosts and routes the public service. Cloudflare may necessarily process network metadata while delivering requests. Nuva does not include advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, payment, or social-login SDKs.

Retention and deletion

The Nuva application does not persist API requests or submitted answers, and Cloudflare logging is disabled. Application and deployment backups contain quiz content and media, not user profiles or submitted answers. Device-local progress remains until you clear Nuva's storage or uninstall the app. Because Nuva has no user accounts or server-side user records, there is no account record to delete.

Security

We use HTTPS in production and limit processing to what is needed to operate Nuva. No internet service can guarantee absolute security; please contact us if you believe information has been exposed or misused.

Children's privacy

Nuva is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly create profiles for or collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when Nuva or its data handling changes. We will publish the revised policy on this page and update the effective date above.
